| This was our theater system for around 12 years. The tops are EV 12" and a 1.5" EV horn. Two of the tops have a 60 degree side to side and one has a 90 (pointed up towards the back of the room) Lows are 2 x 15" EV. I have done maybe 30 Grand Ol Opry head liners with this rig and it sounds great. All the boxes are "horn loaded" so it throws very well. Total system has 2 subs and 6 highs $2400 for all. That's $300 a box. You can scrap the boxes and sell the components for that when you're finished with them to get your money back. Tops are bi-amp only. NL8 to the subs and NL4 outs to the highs. |
